The Zeytinburnu Residences project was run by one of our partners whilst working at BM architects. The project, which was a developer bid, is located on Kennedy Avenue in Istanbul’s Zeytinburnu district. The main design idea was to enhance maximum views onto the Marmara Sea by tilting the facade. Not only did the unique facade design allow amazing views onto the Marmara Sea but also maximized natural daylight into each apartment. The project consists of 5 buildings comprising a construction area of ca. 300,000 m² which uses are residential, leisure and an Aparthotel. The exciting landscape design and the unique leisure offer delivers a high quality living experience.
