3XKO was appointed to design the masterplan for the Jubaylah District in Riyadh, KSA. The 120 ha residential masterplan designed for a community of 18,000 people consists of 3,000 units in three different housing typologies for middle class families. The neighbourhood also consists of other buildings such as mosques, medical centers, schools, retail and commercial buildings and sports and recreation facility including a central park.
