3XKO delivered the full design from concept to execution for one of the leading banks in Turkey which will be completed in May 2016. The 60,000 m² comprises office buildings accompanied by education facilities as well as a conference center along with an apart hotel for employees who are attending seminars in the training centre. The U-shape shape scheme consists of a spacious piazza which provides food and beverage functions as well as convenience retail for building users and visitors.
